The cleanroom wipe has unique physical properties, featuring high elasticity, excellent softness, hand feel, and drape. It has very high water absorption and good water retention, making it widely used in industrial wiping applications.
- Extremely fine polyester fibers enable rapid liquid absorption, with strong dust adsorption and excellent cleaning performance.
- High solvent absorption and chemical resistance, compatible with a wide range of solvents.
- Softer surface compared to ordinary polyester cleanroom wipes, minimizing the risk of scratching surfaces during wiping and reducing lint or residue.
- Low particle generation, low ion content, and low NVR (Non-Volatile Residue). Heat-sealed edges on all four sides, effectively minimizing fiber release and particle generation.
- Manufactured in Class 100 cleanroom conditions and cleaned with ultra-pure water.
- Suitable for wiping the surfaces of small electronic components.
